This year, the Health app will receive a major update, although it will arrive a little later. The system will analyze accumulated health metrics and compile them into a clearer report. The new sections include:

• Insights will combine data on sleep, heart health, activity, cycle tracking, and readiness for physical activity;
• For You will offer personalized recommendations, for example, on sleep schedules;
• Longevity will analyze changes in health metrics over an extended period;
• Health Age will compare physiological indicators with chronological age based on scientific data.

With AirPods, users will be able to interact with Siri AI hands-free — simply by making head movements in response to its questions. In addition, the earbuds support Live Translation, which was introduced back in 2025 with iOS 26: after the languages are configured, AirPods play the translated speech of the other person with minimal delay.
