Privacy Policy
I. General Provisions
1. The website available at https://ispace.am/ (hereinafter also referred to as the “Website”) is operated by ASBC LLC (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company”) for the purpose of providing services on behalf of the Company (hereinafter also referred to as the “Services”). The present Privacy Policy and the documents constituting an integral part thereof, as published on the Website, shall apply to such Services.
2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform and provide information regarding the Company's policy on the collection, use, disclosure, or other processing of personal data resulting from the use of the Website, as well as the Customer’s rights in relation to such data.
3. The Company processes personal data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. By using the Services, the Customer consents to the collection, use, and other processing of their data by the Company in accordance with this Policy.
4. The Company shall not use the Customer’s personal data for secondary purposes without the Customer’s consent. In such cases, the Customer’s consent shall be requested.
5. For the provision of certain Services, the Company may publish additional provisions that constitute an integral part of this Privacy Policy. Such additional provisions include the Cookie Policy published on the Website.
6. The terms used in this Policy shall have the following meanings:
6.1. Personal Data means any information relating to a natural person that allows or may allow the identity of that person to be directly or indirectly determined.
6.2. Processing of Personal Data means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data regardless of the form or method of execution (including automated means, any technical means, or without the use thereof), including the collection, recording, entry, systematization, organization, storage, use, modification, recovery, transfer, correction, blocking, destruction, or any other operation relating to personal data.
6.3. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties means any action aimed at disclosing or making personal data available to a specific or unspecified group of persons, including publication through mass media, placement on information and communication networks, or otherwise making personal data accessible to another person.
6.4. Use of Personal Data means any operation performed with personal data where the direct or indirect purpose may be making decisions, forming opinions, acquiring rights, granting rights or privileges, restricting or depriving rights, or achieving any other objective that gives rise, or may give rise, to legal consequences for the Customer or third parties or otherwise affects their rights and freedoms.
6.5. Personal Data Processor means, within the scope of this Policy, the Company, which organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data.
6.6. Customer means a natural person to whom the personal data relate.
6.7. Website Visitor means any person who accesses and uses the Website for any purpose.
6.8. Website User means any person registered on the Website and having a personal user account.
6.9. Third Party means any person, authority, institution, or organization that is not the Customer, the Personal Data Processor, or an authorized person, and whose rights or legitimate interests are or may be affected as a result of the processing of personal data.
6.10. Services means the services provided by the Company, the description and terms of provision of which are available on the Website and in its respective sections.
II. Personal Data Subject to Processing
7. Within the scope of this Policy, the categories and scope of personal data subject to processing may vary depending on the Customer’s status and the actions performed by the Customer.
8. For Website customers, such data may include: first name, last name, patronymic, date of birth, contact telephone number, mobile telephone number, delivery address, information about an organization, e-mail address, and information regarding the country, city, and region of residence.
9. In the case of orders and purchases made through the online store, the Customer’s banking details are not processed by the Company. Banking information is processed only when using the Website Services and only with the Customer’s consent. Such information is provided to the Company’s partner bank operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and solely to the extent necessary for the performance of the order. The data are not processed for secondary purposes.
III. Processing of Other Personal Data Relating to Website Users and Visitors
10. The Company may also collect:
10.1. Information regarding Website visits and internet communications;
10.2. Technical information regarding how the Customer uses the Services, including information about the device and browser used to access the Website;
10.3. Payment information and details of transactions conducted through the Website, including information relating to Customer payments;
10.4. Information regarding the Customer’s location, including IP address and movement-related information;
10.5. Any additional information that the Customer provides to the Company through the Website, including information obtained through cookie technologies;
10.6. In certain cases, copies of identification documents or proof of address or other information may also be requested.
IV. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
11. The Personal Data Processor undertakes to comply with and ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection”.
12. Personal data shall be processed lawfully and for specified purposes and may not be used for secondary purposes without the Customer’s consent. The processing of personal data shall be lawful where:
12.1. the data are processed in compliance with legal requirements and the Customer has given consent, except in cases expressly provided for by this Law or other laws; or
12.2. the processed data are obtained from publicly available sources of personal data.
V. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
13. The Customer’s personal data are processed for the following purposes:
13.1. Identification of the Customer in connection with the provision of Services;
13.2. Provision of personalized services to Website Users;
13.3. Improvement of service quality and development of new services;
13.4. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
13.5. Ensuring and improving the uninterrupted operation of the Website and the functionality of user accounts;
13.6. Providing Website Users with news, special offers, and general information regarding other products, services, and events unless the Website User has previously opted out of receiving such information in writing or electronically through a duly authenticated electronic signature;
13.7. Ensuring the effective performance of orders, contracts, and other obligations;
13.8. Providing assistance to Website Users and Visitors, including technical support registration;
13.9. Monitoring the use of Services;
13.10. Identifying, preventing, and addressing technical issues, or collecting other necessary technical information;
13.11. Exercising and/or fulfilling the functions, authorities, and obligations assigned to the Company under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
VI. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data Processing
14. Information regarding personal data that becomes known to the Company is confidential and protected by law.
15. The Company does not make decisions that produce legal effects for Website Users or otherwise affect their rights and legitimate interests solely on the basis of automated processing.
16. For the protection of personal data, the Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures.
16.1. The Company takes reasonable steps to prevent unlawful use, access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or other unauthorized interference with personal data and to ensure the security thereof.
16.2. The Company has implemented legal, organizational, and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data.
VII. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
17. The Company shall have the right to transfer personal data to third parties provided that the Customer's consent has been obtained.
18. The Company shall have the right to transfer personal data to third parties where such transfer follows from the purposes of personal data processing or where it is necessary for the performance of the Company's functions, duties, and powers.
19. Personal data of the Customer may be transferred to state authorities and local self-government bodies upon a request submitted in the cases and in the manner prescribed by law, as well as where such transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of the Company's legal obligations.
20. The Website may contain links to third-party websites or links originating from third-party websites. Such websites may have their own privacy policies, and the Company shall bear no responsibility in relation thereto.
21. In the event of a change in ownership of the Company, reorganization, or any other event resulting in the transfer of personal data to another person, the Company shall notify Customers by e-mail and/or by publishing an appropriate notice on the Website, specifying the identity of the new data processor and the choices available to the Customer regarding their personal data.
22. The Company may transfer Personal Data not only to companies and partner organizations operating within the territory of the Republic of Armenia, but also to companies and partner organizations operating outside the Republic of Armenia, provided that they ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with the procedure established by the competent authority of the Republic of Armenia.
VIII. Disclosure of Personal Data
23. The Customer's personal data may be disclosed where such disclosure is reasonably necessary:
23.1. for the performance of legal obligations;
23.2. for the protection of the Company's rights and property;
23.3. for the prevention or investigation of possible violations related to the Services;
23.4. for ensuring the safety of Website Users, Visitors, or the public;
23.5. for protection against legal liability;
23.6. for other purposes where the Customer's consent has been obtained.
IX. Retention of Personal Data and Retention Periods
24. The Company is established and operates in the Republic of Armenia, and personal data shall be retained in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Personal Data Protection".
25. The Company shall retain personal data for as long as the Customer uses the Services. In cases where the Services are terminated in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Website, personal data shall be retained in the Company's systems and processed for such period and to such extent as is objectively necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are processed, for the period established by the Customer's consent, or as required for the fulfillment of the Company's legal obligations, the resolution of disputes, and the enforcement of the Company's legal agreements.
X. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
26. The Customer shall have the right to withdraw the consent previously given at any time by sending a written notice entitled "Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data" or by sending an e-mail authenticated with a qualified electronic signature to the addresses specified in the Contact Information section. As a consequence, the Company shall destroy the personal data collected in relation to that individual.
27. The Customer shall have the right to obtain information regarding their personal data, the processing thereof, the legal grounds and purposes of processing, the identity and location of the data processor, as well as the categories of persons to whom the personal data may be transferred.
28. If the Customer believes that the processing of their personal data is carried out in violation of the requirements of applicable law or otherwise infringes their rights and freedoms, the Customer shall have the right to challenge the actions, omissions, or decisions of the processor before the authorized personal data protection authority or in court.
29. The Customer shall have the right to contact the Company using the details specified in the Contact Information section.
30. The Customer shall be entitled to require the Processor to correct or destroy their personal data if such data are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, obtained unlawfully, or no longer necessary for achieving the purposes of processing.
XI. Procedure for Amending the Privacy Policy
31. The Company shall have the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
31.1. The amended version of the Privacy Policy shall be published on the Website.
31.2. Amendments to the Privacy Policy shall become effective as of the date indicated as "Updated", and the Customer's continued use of the Services after the date of amendment shall be deemed acceptance of and agreement to the amended terms.

XIII. Final Provisions

Cookie Policy
1. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to the Customer’s device when the Customer visits https://ispace.am/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). They are widely used by many websites to improve the Customer’s online experience and to ensure that the Website’s content and functionality are delivered and used efficiently.
2. Cookies perform various functions. For example, some are stored on the Customer’s computer only for the duration of the Website visit. Session-based Cookies allow the Customer to navigate through the Website more quickly or enable the Website to remember the Customer’s preferences. Persistent Cookies are used to enable websites to recognize the Customer as a returning visitor or to provide online advertisements tailored to the Customer’s specific needs and interests.

The main purposes of using Cookies on https://ispace.am/ by the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) or the Company’s partners are to enable the Customer to save time and facilitate subsequent access to the Website, to determine how individuals navigate the Website, as well as to improve services, Website content, and communication effectiveness, and for other similar purposes.

By using the services, the Customer agrees that the Company may from time to time place Cookies on the Customer’s device for the purpose of storing information (such as the username, other personal details, email address, and technical device information, including the model and IP address thereof), ensuring the full functionality of the Website and the services provided by the Company, and enabling the Customer’s browser to recognize the Customer as a user. The Customer may also withdraw their consent to the use of Cookies at any time. In such case, the Website’s functions, or part thereof, may not operate as intended. For example, the Customer may be unable to make payments.

8. This Appendix forms an integral part of the Privacy Agreement. The activities described above are carried out solely for the purposes set forth in the Privacy Agreement.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the Armenian-language version of this Cookie Policy and its translations into other languages, the Armenian-language version shall prevail.
