1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) define the procedure and conditions for customers’ participation in the “iSpace” Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).

1.2. These Rules constitute a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia governing public offers and adhesion contracts and are addressed to an indefinite group of persons.

1.3. The Customer’s purchase of goods/services from the Organizer and registration of a bonus account shall constitute full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance by performance) of these Rules.

1.4. The Program is valid exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
2.1. Organizer – ASBK LLC, TIN 02845628, address: 106/1 Nalbandyan Street, Sayat-Nova Business Center, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
2.2. Program Website – https://ispace.am
2.3. Participant – an individual who has reached the age of 18 and has joined the Program by completing the Application Form.
2.4. Card – a virtual bonus card with a unique identifier.

2.5. Bonus – a virtual conditional unit. 1 (one) Bonus equals 1 (one) Armenian Dram (AMD). A Bonus is not legal tender, currency, or a payment instrument and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.6. Welcome Bonus – bonuses credited once upon registration and valid exclusively for non-Apple accessories. Validity period – 60 calendar days.

2.7. Bonus Account – a record of accrued and redeemed Bonuses.
3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
3.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary.
3.2. The Program is intended exclusively for personal use. Transfer of the Card to third parties is prohibited.
3.3. The participation start date shall be the date of registration confirmation via SMS.
3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant’s participation in case of violation of these Rules or detection of abuse.
4. PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection”.
4.2. The Participant provides consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of implementing the Program.
4.3. The Participant has the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending written notification to the Organizer’s email address: [email protected].
4.4. Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing shall result in termination of participation in the Program and cancellation of all Bonuses on the Bonus Account without the possibility of restoration.
5. REGISTRATION
5.1. Registration is carried out by completing an electronic Application Form via QR code or a link provided by the Organizer.
5.2. Without a completed Application Form, Bonuses may be accrued but cannot be redeemed.
6. BONUS ACCRUAL
6.1. Bonuses are accrued upon payment in cash or by bank card.

- - 1.5% – Bang & Olufsen

6.3. Bonuses are not accrued for purchases made on credit, installment plans, promotional offers, when using gift certificates, partner programs, or for service-related transactions.
6.4. Amounts are rounded to whole numbers in accordance with standard mathematical rounding rules.
7. BONUS REDEMPTION
7.1. Bonuses become active 15 calendar days after accrual.
7.2. 1 Bonus = 1 AMD discount.
7.3. Bonuses may be redeemed in an amount not exceeding 20% of the purchase price.
7.4. Validity period of activated Bonuses – 180 days.
7.5. Welcome Bonuses are valid for 60 days.
7.6. Expired Bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7.7. Bonuses are not a means of payment.
8. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
8.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for the inability to accrue or redeem Bonuses due to technical reasons.
8.2. Accrual may be processed within 15 days from the purchase date upon presentation of a fiscal receipt.
9. RETURN OF GOODS (BONUSES ACCRUED)
9.1. In the event of a product return, the Bonuses accrued for such product shall be deducted from the Bonus Account.
10. RETURN OF GOODS (PAID WITH BONUSES)
10.1. Upon return of goods paid for using Bonuses, the used Bonuses shall be reinstated to the Bonus Account.
10.2. In case of partial return, a proportional amount of Bonuses shall be reinstated.
10.3. If the Bonus balance is insufficient, a negative balance is permitted and shall be offset by subsequent accruals.
10.4. If Welcome Bonuses were used to pay for the returned goods, such Welcome Bonuses shall not be reinstated or recredited.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. The Program is of an indefinite duration.
11.2. These Rules are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Participants’ rights are protected in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
11.3. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules by publishing a revised version on the website https://ispace.am.
11.5. The Participant grants consent to the use of their name and surname in informational materials related to the implementation of the Program without additional compensation.
11.6. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the Program in case of violation of these Rules.
