Terms of the Guarantee Service

  1. The aforesaid Device is guaranteed by the manufacturer for the above-mentioned period from the date of purchase, according to the accompanying documents of the Device and the terms of guarantee service published by the manufacturer.

  2. Accessories and component parts (headphones, cable, charger, etc.) of the Device (depending on the type of Device) are not covered by the guarantee.

  3. This guarantee is valid only if the Device has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and conditions.

  4. In addition to the above, please be advised that this guarantee does not apply to the following:


  • In case of mechanical damage of the Device (scratches, impact marks, deformation of the case, burn marks and consequences of other impacts) that occurred after the Device was handed over to the Buyer.

  • If the defect is caused by moisture and/or exposure to high or low temperatures, and/or corrosion and/or oxidation, and/or penetration of foreign objects, substances, liquids and insects into the Device, and/or modification and/or reinstallation of software, installation of other applications requiring software changes, and/or use of virus-infected files and/or faulty or inappropriate digital media, and/or use of an inappropriate battery charger, and/or use of an inappropriate power supply.

  • In case of defects resulting from natural wear and tear during use.

  • If the original device seal is damaged and/or there are signs of non-authorized repairs.

  • In case of destruction, erasure, damage, change of the serial number of the Device and its incomplete visibility due to external impact.
