The service center offers two types of diagnostics: Express and Full. The service center always has the most demanded spare parts in stock: screens, headphones, and so on, which allows a significant portion of repairs to be done on the same day, and in some cases, in the presence of the client.

Warranty

We take responsibility for our work. Therefore, we provide a manufacturer-installed 90-day warranty on all types of parts used in repairs.

Preparing the unit for maintenance

1 e recommend making a backup of the data contained in your device beforehand (Back-up). Data loss may occur during device servicing, for which the service center is not responsible. If you are unable to make a backup yourself, our specialists will assist you with this.

2 Deactivate the "Find iPhone" function on iOS devices or the "Find Mac" function on MacBook or iMac.

3 If your device has charging problems, be sure to also provide the charging device for servicing to check its operation.

4 If you are submitting a device for warranty service, be sure to provide documents confirming the purchase of the device (cash receipt, copy of the transfer receipt, and warranty card).

Diagnosis

Our service engineers inspect the device and carry out a complete diagnosis.

Agreement

After diagnosing the device submitted for warranty service, we will contact you and inform you of the diagnostic results and the decision we intend to make.

Repair

We fix the malfunction and let you know when it is ready.

Warranty

You take back your device repaired and fully tested with a warranty for the work done.
