By the way, in music playback mode, the Apple Watch Ultra proved to be even more durable than Garmin’s more specialized Fenix 7 fitness watch: 20 hours versus 10 hours. That’s because Apple continues to focus on the functionality of its product.<\/p>\n

The GPS tracking function <\/strong>has also been given an important update. The watch integrates a multi-band GPS system that uses the L1 frequency and the latest L5 frequency. Thus, the user will have the most accurate distance and workout pace data available, as well as the most beautiful routes, including among tall trees and rocks. Apple Watch Ultra supports the most important satellite grids: GPS (USA), GLONASS (Russia), GALILEO (EU), QZSS (Japan) and BeiDou (China).<\/p>\n

Something you’ll love just as much<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Apple Watch Ultra can definitely be considered the most high-tech smartwatch in existence. It will be useful to everyone who leads a dynamic lifestyle including sports. It has a powerful dual-core S8 processor and watchOS 9 operating system. You will be able to monitor your heart rate, body temperature and heart rate; navigate the area with a compass, even when there is no network; make calls and answer messages when there is no iPhone at hand; and use the voice assistant Siri, which in principle can boast of not all smartwatches on the market.<\/p>\n

Let’s focus on a few innovations of the Ultra model. You will definitely like them and they will be useful for you.<\/p>\n

The Action Button.<\/strong> Not to be confused with the Digital Crown wheel and the standard side button. Once you find the orange performance on the left side of the case, adjust the Action to suit you. By default, you will run the \u201cWorkout\u201d application, but you can customize it: different button actions will be available for different applications.<\/p>\n

For example, if you like hiking, you can use Action to instantly set compass waypoints, and if you swim or practice scuba diving, to start diving. In winter, when you don’t need to take off your gloves and press the screen while jogging, this button will help you more than once.<\/p>\n

3 built-in microphones and a loud speaker. <\/strong>With the help of new algorithms, the watch has learned to isolate the user’s voice, reducing the hum of cars, wind or rain noise. You can solve business issues while jogging and communicate with the person you’re talking to will remain comfortable and the sound will be clear and understandable. And an extra loud speaker will come in handy for emergency calls (although it would be better not to use it, of course). If you find yourself in an extreme situation \u2013 for example, getting into a snowdrift at a ski resort \u2013 you can turn on the Apple Watch rescue siren and thus report your location.<\/p>\n

Sports straps, <\/strong>that are suitable for both men and women. The silicone one is designed for those involved in water sports. If the diver’s wetsuit hand changes in volume due to the change in pressure, the user will not feel any discomfort. The alpine loop has several layers and a hook for hooking, which is great for climbers. The trail loop is chosen by runners and other activity lovers because it’s made of lightweight fabric and can be adjusted right on the go. And all three strap options are available in different colors.<\/p>\n

By the way, straps from other Apple Watch models fit the Ultra, too. If you want a new strap to install on an earlier series of smartwatches, you’ll be able to do that, too. The exception may be thin fabric straps.<\/p>\n
